The most useful messages tell us about something that broke: a search that opens the wrong tab, a Google or X operator that stopped working, a date filter that behaves oddly. Include the query you typed and the browser you used, and we can usually reproduce it.
Corrections to the guides and ideas for new searches are welcome too.
We can't help with problems inside X or Google accounts, such as locked accounts or removed posts. Those go to each company's own help center.
